Welcome to Up Next Training, where we offer a wide range of athletic training services to help you become the best athlete you can be! Here are some of our training options that are offered PER SESSION or on a MONTHLY Basis:

  • 1- HR 🏀 Personal Training Sessions

  • 1 - HR ⚡️ Group Speed & Agility Training Sessions (for 🏀, ⚽️🏈🎾🏒🥍, etc)

  • 2 - HR Group 🏀&⚡️Training Sessions for MS or HS Athletes

  • 1.5 - HR Group 🏀&⚡️Training Sessions for Beginners Athletes

  • 30 Min. 🏀 Shooting Machine Sessions (6 session per month minimum)

  • 20 Min. ❤️‍🩹 Recovery Sessions (Normatec Boots, Cupping, or Sauna sessions)
