Founded by former Ohio State athletes Aaliyah Barnes & Asia Doss in 2021, our programs are designed to cater to athletes of all levels and abilities. Focusing on the WHOLE athlete, Up Next Training sets itself from the rest by paying attention to detail in training, academics, and nutrition.
